The QA/QC Engineer / Inspector is responsible for inspecting all repair and refurbishment works and verifying compliance with SUEZ-issued method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), approved material specifications and contract requirements. The role is the primary quality assurance interface between SUEZ and the repair contractor, ensuring that completed works meet the required standard before acceptance.</p><p><b>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>
&ndash;Review and comment on ITPs submitted by the repair contractor for each repair method &mdash; including CIPP relining, joint sealing, patch repairs, manhole rehabilitation and grouting.<br>
&ndash;Conduct pre-repair inspections to verify that repair zones have been correctly identified, isolated and prepared in accordance with approved method statements.<br>
&ndash;Witness and document ITP hold points and witness points &mdash; including pre-repair condition surveys, material delivery and quality checks, and post-repair CCTV verification.<br>
&ndash;Inspect completed repairs and verify conformance with the approved method statement, material specification and engineering drawings issued by SUEZ.<br>
&ndash;Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any works that deviate from the approved method, specification or quality standard &mdash; tracking through to resolution and close-out.<br>

About the Role</b></p><p><br>
Act as technical advisor for Utilities &amp; SWRO scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations, prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support</p><p><b><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant engineering discipline</li><li>
Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off-taker experience is preferred</li></ul><p><b><br>

SWRO process; seawater intake/outfall; pretreatment; UF/RO; remineralization; demin water; potable/service/fire water; cooling water; wastewater; chemical dosing; utility consumption; environmental discharge. WHO/GCC potable water guidelines as applicable, RO membrane vendor standards, environmental discharge permits, NFPA for fire water, API/ASME where applicable</li></ul><p><b>
Commercial/Contract Awareness</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules, guarantees, LD-linked performance clauses, interface obligations, acceptance testing requirements, and developer deviations</li></ul></div>
