Job Description</div> 
Reporting into the Director of Commercial, the Digital and e-Commerce Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams to maximize e-commerce revenue and support the development of on-property and corporate digital marketing activities and programs.<ul><li>

Supervisory Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Will oversee the work of internal team members within committees, and brand initiatives.</li><li>
Works independently with limited oversight for team members. Position reports to the Principal, Director of Marketing.</li></ul> 
They should be able to:<ul><li>
Participate in thought leadership and brand strategies.</li><li>
Manage the development and implementation of a communications plan and an annual press and event calendar.</li><li>
Develop content and writing in support of thought leaderships strategies.</li><li>
Create other content as needed for pursuits, social media, website, internal communications, etc.</li><li>
Foster and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship within the firm.</li><li>
Participate in professional development activities, learning and training programs.</li><li>
Be proficient in MS suite. Adobe suite is a plus.</li></ul>

Pay Rate: $105,000.00 to $132,000.00/year 
Pay Comments: If you are hired at Taylor Design, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certification.
