   Bring rigor, attention to detail, and polish to final deliverables

   4&ndash;8 years of design experience in an agency or creative studio, with a focus on identity development, marketing, and campaign work

   A portfolio that shows both concept-driven design and real-world execution across channels

   Strong visual storytelling and a clear point of view
  </li>
  <li>
   Mastery of layout, type, digital design, and motion principles
  </li>
  <li>
   Confidence in presenting your ideas and articulating the &ldquo;why&rdquo; behind them
  </li>

   A collaborative spirit and an openness to feedback and iteration
