Overview
The Jr. Designer &ndash; Brand Campaign supports the Brand Creative team in executing and delivering elevated visual assets across all seasonal brand campaigns and brand projects. Working closely with the Senior Designer &ndash; Brand Campaign, this role helps translate campaign concepts into cohesive executions across print, retail, mailers, events, and internal presentations.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the Senior Designer across all Brand Campaign initiatives from concept through final execution, translating creative direction into elevated, production-ready assets.</li><li>
Take existing design systems and evolve them into new iterations across seasonal campaigns, brand moments, and retail touchpoints while maintaining alignment with established brand codes and visual standards.</li><li>
Assist in building and maintaining campaign toolkits, templates, and guidelines to ensure scalable and consistent execution across channels.</li><li>
Create polished presentation decks and realistic comps (mailer comps, OOH mockups, retail signage, event materials, etc.) for internal reviews, founder meetings, and cross- functional presentations.</li><li>
Conduct research and pull inspiration, competitive swipe, and reference imagery to inform campaign development and creative exploration.</li><li>
Support the development of AI-generated mockups and concept visuals to help articulate early-stage ideas.</li><li>
Organize and manage campaign assets, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility across teams.</li><li>
Support all print executions for the brand, including in-store signage, window graphics, OOH and advertising mockups, market support materials, and guideline creation and maintenance.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in Graphic Design (luxury, fashion, or premium brand experience preferred).</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Keynote.</li><li>

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Graphic Designer will work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Experience working for another CPG brand is a must. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with creating beautiful on-brand POS materials, packaging, and general marketing assets for both print and digital formats.

 You have experience in managing junior, middleweight and senior designers
 </li>

 You can lead a design critique, providing constructive, and honest feedback to build the team's confidence

About The Role

The Graphic Designer will be a pivotal member of the FREDERIC media team, helping to lead the visual direction and brand expression of FREDERIC across all touchpoints. This role requires a high-level creative thinker who combines aesthetic excellence with strategic clarity and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a lover of beauty with a deep passion for imagery, is a master visual storyteller and deeply passionate about the worlds of interior design, luxury fashion, editorial design, and culture.

You will work with the Art Director on ideation, design, and production of editorial layouts, print and sales materials, digital assets, social content&mdash; ensuring that every visual output reinforces the essence of FREDERIC's creativity and brand voice.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Frederic Art Director and editorial team to create, design, and produce editorial layouts for each issue of FREDERIC magazine and future FREDERIC media books.</li>
<li>Help concept and execute high-impact brand-aligned creative for print and web, including sales collateral, invites, stationery, packaging, and beyond.</li>
<li>Work closely with the FREDERIC Art Director to manage image retouching and organization.</li>
<li>Ensure the quality across all design deliverables, including digital files and print materials, is up to standard.</li>
<li>Help manage vendor relationships for print and production.</li>
<li>Design and produce still and movement graphic work for fredericmedia.com and social media.</li>
<li>Maintain templates, design libraries and asset archives.</li></ul> 


Requirements
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in editorial layout design, graphic design, or branding&mdash;preferably in the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or design space.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic, storytelling ability, and brand leadership.</li>
<li>Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom); familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and other platforms a plus.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Able to balance hands-on design execution with high-level creative thinking.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of both digital and print production processes.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
