 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Creative Designer
 
 to join our New York team. You&rsquo;ll design social-first creative that captures attention, tells a story, and performs across paid and organic channels.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and editors to bring ideas to life across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp creative eye, strong sense of composition and motion, and experience working in fast-moving creative environments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing

 Design and adapt visual assets for paid and organic social campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and occasionally lead design for brand content, pitch decks, and campaign materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate briefs into clear, high-performing design concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment with new tools, formats, and trends in digital design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools to deliver high-quality work quickly.
 </li>

 Ideal Qualifications

 in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency, startup, or in-house marketing team.

 on social platforms.

 Have strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to iterate quickly.
 </li>

 Communicate clearly, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.
