Role Summary/Purpose:
Lead the marketing organization for the Ashley Furniture credit portfolio, including corporate and all licensee stores. The Ashley Furniture portfolio is one of the largest in Synchrony.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve Synchrony growth metrics as well as critical client requirements. Work collaboratively with both the sales team and partner organizations to drive new card accounts and incremental card usage. As portfolio marketing leader, this role with have responsibility for developing and leading a team of direct reports.

Monitor &amp; manage performance of all key credit and marketing metrics vs. plan. Lead the portfolio reviews as a part of the Synchrony planning cycle.</li><li>

Qualifications/Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.</li><li>
A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience to include:<ul><li>
5 years of managerial responsibility for both organizations and other professionals</li><li>
5 years of demonstrated growth marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products</li><li>
2 years of experience with digital channels - online and mobile</li></ul></li><li>
Ability to travel as needed; ~ 30%</li></ul>

The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
