   Role Overview
  </strong>

 <p>
  As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business performance across all digital channels. This strategic role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital trends, platforms, and tools. You will work closely with brand, media, e-commerce, and creative teams while reporting directly to the CMO.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead the development and execution of &Scedil;&ouml;len&rsquo;s digital marketing strategy including its applications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage digital media planning and performance marketing efforts (including programmatic, social, search, and video)
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and execute data and application strategy for Solen
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee social media content strategies and digital campaigns for brand awareness and engagement
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class digital creative and communication
  </li>
  <li>
   Track and analyze campaign performance using key KPIs and analytics tools; optimize based on insights
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead digital footprint of the brands (including website, applications, data strategy and content marketing initiatives)
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure digital marketing activities are aligned with global brand strategies and local market dynamics
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive innovation and digital transformation across the marketing function
  </li>

   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that drive brand and business results
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of digital media buying, social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), SEO/SEM, and performance marketing tools
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in working with creative and media agencies
  </li>
  <li>
   Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  </li>
