 Procurement Manager &ndash; Non-IT
 
 , you will lead sourcing and procurement for diverse non-IT categories such as fit-out projects, housekeeping, security, employee transportation, facility consumables, equipment AMCs, MRO, real estate, leasing, medical and asset insurance, HR, recruitment, events, marketing, imports, marcom, and media. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and process standardization to deliver cost efficiency and operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Who you are:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Overall
 
 10-12 years&rsquo; experience in a Shared Service environment
 
 with
 
 minimum 5+ years in Procurement of Non-IT Products and Services.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must be from IT / ITES / BPO industry.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of managing
 
 Procure to pay processes &amp; Procurement Operations
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in
 
 fit-out projects
 
 and facility equipment procurement
 
 .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have acumen to prepare for negotiation and excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mind set.
 </li>

 Experienced in strategic sourcing and managing diverse customer base
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be highly proactive in doing consistent follow ups to drive deals to closures.
 </li>

 What you will do

 Drive strategic sourcing and create alternative supply sources to ensure fair value and supplier selection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with department heads to review SOW/BOM, Put together historical price and terms, benchmark pricing, and prepare for negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate commercial terms, taxes, duties, and contractual clauses (indemnity, liability, insurance, guarantees).
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with stakeholders and legal teams for contract finalization and issue purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle Non-IT spend for India GEO from Bangalore office.
 </li>

 As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will be working closely with the Procurement and Purchase team. The incumbent will help the organization achieve the vision of establishing a strong vendor foothold in the top 7 metro cities, inventory management, P&amp;L management, vendor partner handling and onboarding.  Key roles and responsibilities:

 Work on development and implement procurement strategies, onboard reliable suppliers (manufacturers, Distributors, Dealers)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of SAP Purchase Order according to business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on SAP for vendors registration, vendor onboarding, creating purchase orders and generate reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Supply chain team on order placements, deliveries and inventory management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on Contract management and negotiations in coordination with the legal team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with internal teams on the requirements and deliveries with cross functional collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sourcing of potential vendors and suppliers to meet organizational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the finance team on invoice process and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle procurement issues and complaints from vendors and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities of growth through different channels to showcase the best possible P&amp;L
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage seasonal peaks and target vendors based on that at best possible prices.
 </li>
 <li>
 To work without a lot of micromanagements and who can lead the front in taking responsibilities.
 </li>

 Qualification:

 Experience in SAP, MIS and presentations is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in &ldquo;reading&rdquo; the market
 </li>
 <li>
 Talent in negotiations, networking and contract Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
 </li>
 <li>
 Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in collecting and analyzing data
 </li>
 <li>
 B.Sc. or any degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of relevant experience.
 </li>
