   Report regularly to the CFO on fleet performance, cost trends, and initiatives.

   6+ years in fleet management or operations leadership, ideally in solar, construction, or field service industries.

   Proven success managing fleets of 100+ vehicles across multiple regions.
  </li>

   Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations, fleet telematics, and driver safety programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in software systems such as GeoTab, Fairmatics, WEX, Divvy, and NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Skilled in data analysis, budgeting, and KPI development.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  </li>

   Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.
