Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure the development of breakthrough, brand-aligned creative work that differentiates, resonates with audiences, and achieves measurable business outcomes.</li><li>
Ensure all materials consistently uphold the brand voice, leverage key brand assets, and harness the verbal and visual brand identity.</li></ul>
Drive Marketing Execution &amp; Performance Optimization (20%)<ul><li>
Partner with Marketing Project Managers to ensure strategies and campaigns are seamlessly executed and delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>
Collaborate with analytics and research teams to establish robust KPIs, dashboards, and real-time measurement frameworks.</li><li>
Oversee post-activation reporting, analyze lessons learned, and ensure continuous feedback loops for strategic refinement.</li></ul>
Provide Marketing Leadership &amp; Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)<ul><li>
Serves as a marketing partner to internal business pillar partners to support the strategic direction and positioning of these areas and their leadership.</li><li>

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

Years of experience: 5+ years with a record of progressively responsible positions</li></ul>

The starting rate is $91,500 to $105,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
