What is this role?</p><p>
As a Financial Operations Manager you will be responsible for continuing to build out our existing operations as we continue growing and scaling FlapKap. This will be a role that combines both meticulousness and day-to-day detail as well as the ability to manage and grow our existing operations team. You will also be working closely with our tech and commercial teams to ensure various processes are being automated and FlapKap&rsquo;s SLAs are being met.</p><p></p><p>

   Oversee supplier negotiations, rebates, and partnership agreements to optimize financial performance.

   Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in automotive parts or logistics operations.
