Director of Revenue
This position will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy that maximizes revenue, market share, and profitability across all business units. Job Description<ul><li> 
Achieves or exceeds assigned revenue and profitability goals by executing strategic sales activities within designated market segments.</li><li>
Contributes to the development of the hotel&rsquo;s annual sales and marketing plan, revenue strategies, and long-term business objectives.</li><li>
Oversees preparation and analysis of monthly sales and booking reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Ensures the sales department operates efficiently within approved budgets and cost parameters.</li><li>
Maintains professional and effective correspondence with clients, partners, and internal departments.</li><li>
Maximizes group and event business profitability through proactive solicitation, negotiation, and confirmation of high-value accounts.</li><li>
Analyzes client needs and recommends tailored programs and service solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.</li><li>
Prepares high-quality proposals and contracts in collaboration with the Director of Sales to optimize profitability while meeting client expectations.</li><li>
Utilizes advanced sales techniques and strategic selling approaches to secure new and repeat business.</li><li>
Conducts regular outside sales calls, client visits, and networking events to strengthen relationships and expand the customer base.</li><li>
Leads client site inspections, property tours, and entertainment functions to showcase the hotel&rsquo;s facilities and services.</li><li>
Maintains close contact with in-house and repeat guests to encourage loyalty, repeat bookings, and referrals across the brand portfolio.</li><li>
Collaborates with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.</li><li>
Coordinates with the Front Office and Revenue Management teams to optimize occupancy, rate mix, and group placement.</li><li>
Supports the Director of Sales in developing and executing special projects and promotional initiatives to drive market share growth.</li><li>
Provides guidance and mentorship to Sales Executives and Coordinators to enhance team performance and professional development.</li><li>
Keeps the Director of Sales and key hotel leadership informed of booking status, major accounts, and market trends.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum 5&ndash;7 years in hotel sales, including at least 2&ndash;3 years in a senior or leadership position.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed room, catering, and event revenue targets consistently.</li><li>
Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the hotel&rsquo;s revenue goals and brand positioning.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of corporate, leisure, government, and MICE segments, as well as current market trends.</li><li>
Strong ability to manage and grow high-value corporate and group accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.</li><li>
Experience mentoring and leading a team of sales executives to drive productivity and performance.</li><li>
Excellent presentation, persuasion, and closing abilities with high-level decision-makers.</li><li>
Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing sales performance data to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with hotel management and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, or similar).</li><li>
Well-groomed, results-oriented, and capable of representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.</li></ul>
