Job Purpose</b></p>

The Executive Director of Information Technology provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all technology systems supporting AIU&rsquo;s academic and administrative functions. The role drives digital transformation, ensures system reliability and security, and aligns technology initiatives with institutional goals to enhance performance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with the University&rsquo;s vision and growth priorities.</li>
<li>Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise platforms including Banner, Canvas, Salesforce, Oracle Finance, and Tableau.</li>
<li>Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity across all systems.</li>
<li>Advance analytics and reporting capabilities to improve institutional effectiveness.</li>
<li>Collaborate with academic and operational leaders to align technology with user needs.</li>
