 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Collaborate with the Brand Team to evolve Elmhurst&rsquo;s visual world and shape a more elevated, modern ownable identity.

 Partner closely with the brand, e-commerce and product teams to translate strategy and insights into breakthrough creative.

 Develop cohesive visual systems and branded templates to maintain a consistent identity across all materials and platforms.

 Craft visually compelling assets for all brand touchpoints, including digital, social, OOH, print, retail and experiential.

 Design motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for multimedia campaigns.

 Manage day-to-day creative production with precision, ensuring deadlines, quality and brand standards are met.

 Own the planning and execution of photo &amp; video shoots, from leading art direction and curating shot lists, to sourcing creators, talent, and managing post-production work.

 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.

 3+ years professional experience in graphic design
 </li>

 Portfolio required: Showcase brand identity systems, digital/social work, and multimedia design (food &amp; beverage or lifestyle brand experience a plus).

 <li>
 Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
 </li>

 Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
