 Our Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having experience in verticals such as E-Commerce, Fintech environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keen interest in monitoring global and local E-Commerce trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Technology Operations processes (preferably having worked on these teams)
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably having more than 3 years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in Web services, API, JSON, PYTHON, MsSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL technologies, Postman or Swagger.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in writing JSON queries to select/insert/update/delete data in Elastic search.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical background.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.

 Your Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing technical support and guidance for integration-related issues to our corporate clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure system compatibility and stability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operating Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management processes within the technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving cases submitted to the Technology Operations team via the ITSM Tool, and forwarding unresolved cases to L3 teams for follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving system incidents 7/24, taking defined actions, and quickly informing the solution teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and communicate process-improvement needs from managed operations to the solution teams and track actions to closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy to ensure Hepsiburada Integration Processes are best positioned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with Product &amp; Engineering teams to improve and evolve Products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with e-commerce merchants and integrator companies to create a widely accessible environment
