Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Having experience in verticals such as E-Commerce, Fintech environment.
• Keen interest in monitoring global and local E-Commerce trends.
• Knowledge of Technology Operations processes (preferably having worked on these teams)
• Preferably having more than 3 years of experience
• Knowledge in Web services, API, JSON, PYTHON, MsSQL, MongoDB, NoSQL technologies, Postman or Swagger.
• Hands-on experience in writing JSON queries to select/insert/update/delete data in Elastic search.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
• Strong technical background.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
• Good knowledge of English

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and guidance for integration-related issues to our corporate clients.
• Conducting integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure system compatibility and stability.
• Operating Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management processes within the technology.
• Resolving cases submitted to the Technology Operations team via the ITSM Tool, and forwarding unresolved cases to L3 teams for follow-up.
• Resolving system incidents 7/24, taking defined actions, and quickly informing the solution teams.
• Identify and communicate process-improvement needs from managed operations to the solution teams and track actions to closure.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy to ensure Hepsiburada Integration Processes are best positioned.
• Working closely with Product & Engineering teams to improve and evolve Products.
• Working closely with e-commerce merchants and integrator companies to create a widely accessible environment .
