We are looking for a "Technical Engineer" for our global partner which operates in dental equipment manufacturing.

Act as a central point of contact for high-level technical support, coordinating between customers, field service teams, and internal departments to ensure service excellence.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of overseas spare parts orders, from customer request to final delivery, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.

Drive continuous improvement by managing quality and service accreditation processes (ISO 9001, TSE), analyzing common equipment failures, and reporting findings to the factory.

Develop and negotiate customer service and maintenance agreements to foster long-term client relationships and ensure contractual compliance.

Control and maintain all showroom, training, and demo equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for events and customer presentations.
Qualifications

Bacholer Degree in Engineering,

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a dental or medical industry,

Excellent command of English language, skills, second or third language would be ideal,

Computer literate – Excellent Excell skills, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
