 Reporting into the Head of Pre-Prep, we are seeking an outstanding, committed, and energetic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join King&rsquo;s School The Crown and support the 3&ndash;4 age group. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children and be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Support the class teacher in delivering lessons, preparing resources, and adapting activities to meet children&rsquo;s needs.

 Supervise children during class, play, snack, lunch, and transitions, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.

 Help set up and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment, including displays of children&rsquo;s work.

 Communicate respectfully with parents (through the teacher), follow safeguarding policies, and cover duties as assigned
