Manage weekly business performance reporting for Virtual channel; responsible for sharing out with key stakeholders and adjusting strategy where needed</li><li>
Support weekly promo reporting and recapping across multiple categories</li><li>
Manage discounting and inventory reconciliation for virtual channel and facilitating outreach to partners where needed</li><li>
Support the development of new reporting and ways of analyzing business related to the Virtual channel</li><li>
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs and shifts in-season; communicating risks and opportunities</li><li>
Interpreting financial metrics to help develop recommendations and action plans to impact performance</li><li>
Support pre-season planning efforts and in-season forecasting</li><li>

The expected salary range for this role is $57,317.00-$68,952.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate&rsquo;s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR&rsquo;s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
