About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Team Leader / Supervisor to lead scaffolding and temporary access activities for bridge maintenance and rehabilitation projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising scaffold crews, ensuring safe erection and dismantling of access systems, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with project safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams involved in bridge maintenance activities.</li><li>
