<div>We are looking for a qualified Electro-Mechanic to support our Engineering department. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the hotel's operational integrity through the proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of wide range of electromechanical equipment.
Your Day to Day<ul><li>
Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of Electrical &amp; Mechanical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including AHU&rsquo;s, motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, Hotel water Pumps, Chilled water pumps, Electrical Panels and emergency generators.
</li><li>Attends to repairs and maintenance of transformers and electrical low-tension panels.</li><li>
Attends to electrical and ancillaries' installations such as audio / video cables, computer cables and MTAV systems.
</li><li>Attends to all types of repairs and maintenance work in the hotel premises, including any new additional / extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel.</li><li>
Responds to a guest maintenance request within 15 minutes on receipt of the same.</li><li>
Ensure that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public areas.
</li><li>Ensure that the plant rooms, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.
</li></ul>What we need from you<ul><li>
Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex electromechanical systems</li><li>
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools</li><li>
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
