 As part of the Sprinklr Culture and Talent (C&amp;T) organization, the Sr. Employee Relations Partner will be the sole Employee Relationships (ER) expert in the Americas. This role will provide leaders with guidance in employee matters related to, but not limited to, performance, conduct, team member complaints, and investigations. They will play a critical role in the employee life cycle, many times engaging during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances. They will also be focused on the team member experience by partnering with leaders to provide performance coaching consultation and leadership development. This role will also be involved in process, policy formulation, and training.  They will manage complex ER cases from intake to resolution while ensuring that team members are treated fairly and with respect along the way. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to build and own a very important experience within C&amp;T. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US but must be open to working across time zones.
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Responsible For

 Conducts complex investigations and manages cases for a wide variety of allegations including, but not limited to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence.

 Acts as SPOC for all HR related matters for a specific business unit

 Support people managers and employees at all levels with their growth and development

 Be integral in employee relations and performance management, goal setting and talent reviews Responsible for all employee communication &amp; grievances management

 Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolution in a timely and effective manner

 Lead and support change initiatives within the business, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with new processes or structures

 Collaborates with HR team and BU leader to develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction)

 Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment &amp; development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, performance development plan to drive high performance across BU
