 Key job responsibilities
 
 
 Managers and senior managers collaborate with the HR Partners (HRP) to support sensitive and often complex employee issues including disciplinary, performance improvement and grievance processes. These channels can include 1:1s, multiple stakeholder meetings, as well as scalable learning formats to educate Managers on relevant people matters. The HRP acts as an influential partner in helping managers with talent and performance management processes, people development, HR policies and implementation of organizational changes at the country or regional level. Thanks to their front-line visibility across businesses, HR Partners are in a position to spot trends, identify emerging needs and address them in collaboration with the appropriate business and HR stakeholders.  As part of the Sprinklr Culture and Talent (C&amp;T) organization, the Sr. Employee Relations Partner will be the sole Employee Relationships (ER) expert in the Americas. This role will provide leaders with guidance in employee matters related to, but not limited to, performance, conduct, team member complaints, and investigations. They will play a critical role in the employee life cycle, many times engaging during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances. They will also be focused on the team member experience by partnering with leaders to provide performance coaching consultation and leadership development.  As a People Specialist, you&rsquo;ll help make Stripe a great place to work and grow. You&rsquo;ll work with business leaders, managers, and employees across Stripe to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people succeed.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with and advise front line managers on all things people-related, including performance management and coaching, career development, employee relations, leveling and team effectiveness with a strong focus on belonging and inclusivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise and consult front line management on Stripe People policies and best practices, in collaboration with fellow People team members and counsel as necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner directly with People Partners (HRBPs), managers, and leaders on wider organizational strategy and initiatives, including reorganizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate smooth roll out of key People programs, including front line manager support for performance review cycles, compensation cycles, employee engagement surveys and ad hoc programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and present on organizational health trends and insights to managers and leaders; manage tracking and reporting of some key people data to inform team strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure excellent employee experience through key life cycle stages including the departure processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with legal counsel and external consultants to help ensure Stripe&rsquo;s compliance with local labor regulations

 Who you are

 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience; at least 1 year in a client facing HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, manager coaching, employee relations, team health, and team culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through success diagnosing problems using data, reasoning clearly and determining viable solutions, and remaining flexible in those solutions&rsquo; implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate recommendations for action
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in one or more APAC countries (preferred locations include India, Singapore, and Australia)

 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience working in a fast paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology company or a large scale organization

 Project management skills, with an ability to design and execute clear processes while successfully engaging peers and stakeholders to deliver work on schedule

 </ul>
 In-office expectations
 
 
 Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

 Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up. Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards. Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9's). Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Answer phone calls and record messages.
 
 
 Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
