 Engineering Manager will work closely with the Chief Engineer to manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
 
 
 
 What will I be doing?
 
 
 
 As Engineering Manager, you are responsible to work closely with the Chief Engineer for the effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including energy conservation.  Prepare and handle all contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the Project execution and the construction contract.

 Ensure compliance to contractual obligations towards the Client during project execution and reports to the Management.

 Monitor and identify all contractual and law related matters occurring at project level and refers same to the Project Management.
 </li>

 Prepare specific Contracts and other legal documents with Third Parties based on standard templates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review proposals from suppliers/subcontractors and prepare routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications from contractual point of view.
 </li>

 Analyzes and manages business conflicts between the company and the Client or any Third Party and submits proposals to Project Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare or comment on the minutes of meeting of Progress Meetings with the Client and/or JV/Consortium Partners.
 </li>

 Maintain project contractual records and files (ex. Correspondence, submitted and received Claims, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 In coordination with the Project Controls Manager collect and advance to the regional level all critical input related to specific litigation or arbitration (initiated or threatened) or related to extrajudicial settlements and further liaises and coordinates for the handling of the matter.

</li><li>Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.
</li><li>Supervise and develop other planning and specialist support staff at home and/or field office locations.
</li><li>Establish and maintain activity level integration between P3 and Project Management Reporting tool.
</li><li>Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process
</li><li>Quality Assurance &ndash; Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil &amp; Gas Business Unit.
</li><li>Safety &ndash; Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Oil &amp; Gas Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&amp;S procedures.

</li><li>Must have minimum 8 years post graduation total experience
</li><li>Must have minimum 5 years experience in same role(Project Control Engineer)
