Send them to admin office for a permission.6. Be in touch with absent student by WhatsApp, call or text. Keep a record of call campaign.7. Reach at least before 20 minutes of class time and get classroom ready with the help of office boy.8. Prepare material and activity that is required for practice of students and if necessary, get it printed before the class.9. Prepare Day-wise Distribution for all classes of the whole week on Saturday and share it with your head. The plans must include the goals and topics as per days, timings, levels and batches.10. Identify students with special requirements, create individualized plans and implement in the classes and ensure improvement.12.
