KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
</p></div><ul><li>Implement written health and safety programs in the workplace ensuring safe working conditions for all employees and compliance to global company policies and all laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Implement the health and safety risk strategies incorporating: Safety Standards, Policies, Environmental, Ergonomics, People Risk, Governance, Crisis Management, Event Risk, Incident Investigation &amp; Management, Risk Assessment and Covid Measures.</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments on the workplace organization, employee behaviours, and standard operating procedures to minimize and mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Accountable for ensuring appropriate H&amp;S controls are determined and a harmonised implementation approach adopted with key stakeholders, other technical teams and internal business units, to deliver appropriate safety services and measures.</li>
<li>Act as representative for global H&amp;S programs and initiatives as well as towards federal, state and regional health and safety agencies.</li>
<li>Maintain all records and documentation in compliance with local and ISO standards

<li>Establishing effective downward and upward communication related to H&amp;S</li>
<li>Ensure adidas&rsquo; responsibility and obligations with regard to occupational health and safety for the locations, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.</li>
<li>Support all required training materials (i.e., new hire, annual training, toolbox talks, etc.) related to health and safety. Collaborates with business functions and Training departments to ensure all employees receive the necessary training.</li>
<li>Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and build a broader network map, incorporating relevant departments within Workplaces and adidas in order to deliver and embed a positive health and safety culture.</li>
<li>Inform business functions of new and developing health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Support business functions with performing root cause analysis and corrective actions as a result of injury and near misses. Train business functions supervisors to conduct thorough investigations.</li>

<b>The role:</b> Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events Marketing (EMEA), the Regional Marketing Specialist, Events & Conferences, EMEA will be responsible for the marketing campaigns and delivery of a range of events in the EMEA region, varying in size.

You will plan and manage end to end prospecting and client focused events, including event operations and logistics , stakeholder management and onsite delivery. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders within the business including sales along with our experts across various functions within the division . You will also create and deploy comprehensive marketing plans to promote and attract delegates to both our free events and paid conferences.

<b>The Team:</b> The EMEA regional events marketing team is responsible for the planning and execution of various marketing led events and conferences to create an exceptional customer experience and drive revenue and engagement for the wider business. Events are a core means of connecting with our customers and prospective clients across the EMEA region, and we work closely with all business lines within the division to achieve our goals and business priorities.

End to end management of marketing led events; including venue sourcing and liaison, agenda development, delegate acquisition and onsite delivery where required

End to end management of 3rd party events; including negotiating with 3rd party event organizer, speaker allocation, booth development and set up, meeting room development and set up and onsite delivery where required

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for free events and conferences including, email, website optimization, customer data platforms, search engines, telemarketing and social media marketing across multiple systems.

Work closely with our sales teams and other functions within the business to deliver events and audience acquisition campaigns that reflect the business and client needs
<br><br>
Work with the Creative team and external agencies to create and maintain compelling marketing collateral; email copy, landing pages, onsite branding assets, online conference registrations, manage search engine marketing and social networking media initiatives; analyze web site user activity reports on a regular basis .

Ensure stakeholders are well informed throughout the event cycle through reporting including analysis of campaign tactics and financial reporting where required

<b>Required Qualifications:</b><br>
Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Russian is desirable but not essential.
<br><br>

Ideally 3+ years experience in managing multiple marketing campaigns and events concurrently while clearly communicating timelines and expectations.

Proven experience in delivering events from inception to onsite execution, with the ability to create audience acquisition strategies using various marketing tactics.

A successful track record of delegate acquisition marketing campaigns, with responsibility for performance and the ability to adjust strategies to meet attendance and financial goals is necessary.

Experience with CRMs such as Marketo is preferred, including proficiency in building emails, landing pages, target audiences, and program flows for digital marketing campaigns.

A positive, customer-focused attitude and motivation to manage multiple events simultaneously are crucial.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities are essential, along with the capability to analyze market trends to develop effective marketing plans.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiation, coupled with strong communication skills and confidence in leading discussions, is essential.

About the Role:</b></h4>
<p>
As a Tax Specialist for the <b>APAC &amp; Middle East</b> region, you will play a key role within Fever's Tax practice, working closely with the Tax Manager and the rest of the team to support the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group.</p>
<p>
You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity, delivering high-quality work in the tax area of a global high-growth business. Experience working with <b>direct and indirect taxes under the jurisdiction of countries within the APAC and/or Middle East regions</b> is essential.</p>
<p>
Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Research and analyse specific indirect and direct tax matters within APAC and Middle East jurisdictions and provide tailored advice</li>
<li>Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities</li>
<li>Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning</li>
<li>Collaborate with third-party service providers as required</li>
<li>Work with the Finance &amp; Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws</li>
<li>Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)</li>
<li>Prepare applications for taxation rulings, tax incentives and tax exemptions where available</li>
<li>Provide advice to senior management on tax risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions</li>
<li>Contribute to improvements and solutions for internal tax processes</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About You:</b></h4>
<p>
To be successful in this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry</li>
<li>Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Tax or Law</li>
<li>Have proven experience working with APAC and/or Middle East tax jurisdictions, across both direct and indirect taxes</li>
<li>Be detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities</li>
<li>Be fluent in written and spoken English</li>
