Dallah Holding Media is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong exposure to payroll processing, and hands-on experience working in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees). This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR administration, compliance, and employee support across the company. &nbsp; &nbsp;Human Resources Operations &nbsp;Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. &nbsp;Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, attendance, leaves, and benefits). &nbsp;Support recruitment activities, including filling out official forms, job postings, communication, and onboarding processes. &nbsp;Ensure proper archiving and filing of HR documents. &nbsp;Payroll &amp; Compensation &nbsp;Assist in salary sheet preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. &nbsp;Coordinate with other departments to collect employee attendance data promptly. &nbsp;Prepare monthly payroll documentation. &nbsp;Liaise with finance/accounts for payroll-related reports and reconciliations. &nbsp;Compliance &amp; Documentation &nbsp;Assist with visa, residency, and labor-related documentation. &nbsp;Prepare HR reports and official correspondence. &nbsp; &nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Requirements &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. &nbsp;3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role. &nbsp;Strong experience in payroll processing. &nbsp;Prior experience in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees). &nbsp;Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is highly preferred. &nbsp;Must hold a valid working visa in Qatar. &nbsp;Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems (Odoo). &nbsp;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. &nbsp;Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. &nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills. &nbsp;Available to start immediately. &nbsp; &nbsp;Preferred Skills &nbsp;Experience in media, corporate, or holding company environments. &nbsp;Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment. &nbsp;Strong coordination skills with finance and management teams. &nbsp;
