The successful candidate will be responsible for handling projects from the specification stage to order execution while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers in the local market.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Identify and develop <b>lighting projects</b> across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors in Kuwait</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with <b>consultants, architects, MEP contractors, and project owners</b></li><li>Handle <b>project specifications, BOQs, submittals, quotations, and negotiations</b></li><li>Follow up on projects from design/specification stage until order confirmation</li><li>Coordinate with internal design, technical, and logistics teams for smooth project execution</li><li>Conduct <b>site visits and client meetings</b> as required</li><li>Maintain and update sales pipeline and submit regular reports to management</li><li>Achieve assigned <b>sales targets and KPIs</b></li></ul><p><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)</li><li><b>2&ndash;5 years of experience</b> in project sales within the <b>lighting or electrical industry</b> in Kuwait</li><li>Strong understanding of the <b>Kuwait construction and project market</b></li><li>Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project-based clients</li><li><b>Fluency in both Arabic and English (mandatory)</b></li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to understand <b>technical drawings and lighting specifications</b></li><li>Valid <b>Kuwait driving license</b> (mandatory)</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Project sales &amp; relationship management</li><li>Strong follow-up and closing skills</li><li>Target-driven and self-motivated</li><li>Professional presentation and coordination skills</li></ul><p><b>Salary &amp; Benefits</b></p><ul><li><b>Salary: KWD 280 &ndash; 350 (based on experience)</b></li><li>Commission / performance-based incentives</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Interested candidates may apply via Indeed with their updated CV.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: KD280.000 - KD350.000 per month</p>
