Inspect hospital premises regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure safe and functional facilities.</div><div>
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MEP systems, utilities, and general building infrastructure.</div><div>
Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of repair works, renovations, or minor construction projects.</div><div>

Supervise and guide maintenance teams, tradesmen, and contractors carrying out facility works.</div><div>

Requirements</div><div><div>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management from an accredited university.</li><li>
Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.</li><li>
Health &amp; Safety training certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.</li></ul>
Knowledge of CBAHI, JCI, or other hospital accreditation standards is an advantage.<p>
