Job description:Front Desk Position Objective: Work with General Manager, Office Manager and Front Desk Staff on Aqua-Tots Swim School daily operations thereby ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction, and revenue increase.&middot; Greet customers when they come into the facility&middot; Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers&middot; Build relationships with families&middot; Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome&middot; Report to manager if complaints are unresolved&middot; Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction&middot; Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values&middot; Implement the use of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools systems of procedures set forth for the front desk staff&middot; Sell swimming lessons, birthday parties and related swimming merchandise&middot; Answer phones with the proper Aqua-Tots Swim Schools greeting&middot; Provide information about our facility, swim programs, and birthday parties&middot; Give facility tours to new and existing customers&middot; Register new/existing customers&middot; Enter absences/schedule makeups&middot; Prepare new customer Welcome Packets&middot; Process registration fees and tuition payments at time of registration&middot; Obtain and verify paperwork from new families on the first day of lessons&middot; Communicate to instructors absences and makeups recorded during current shift&middot; Fill out Certificates of Completion for all graduates&middot; Take photos of all graduates with Ollie the Otter&middot; Perform all duties as outlined on the daily shift checklist&middot; Ensure facility safety and cleanliness&middot; Opening or closing of facility&middot; Stock snack bar, retail merchandise, office forms and supplies, and all promotional materialsNo required previous work experience.Preferably speaking English and Arabic.Female Only!Job Type: Full-timePay: KD250.000 - KD350.000 per month

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest&rsquo;s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office, reporting to the Front Desk Manager.
