Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OR Associated Safety Professional is highly desired.</li><li>
Certified in any of the following areas is a plus: Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Asbestos Contractor/ Supervisor; AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector; Certified Lead Professional; Lead Inspector/ Risk Assessor; and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER).</li><li>
Able to be fit-tested and wear respirator, and be enrolled in Respiratory Protection Program (if hired).</li><li>
Able to meet all requirements necessary to climb structures and oversee Fall Protection Program.</li><li>
Confined Space assessment experience, program administration experience; Forklift Operator, Forklift Instructor; Aerial Lift Operator, and Aerial Lift Instructor Experience, are desired.</li><li>
Highly developed presentation skills, comfortable conducting training classes, self-motivated and proactive team player, and excellent written and oral communication skills.</li></ul>
Please Note: The program budget salary for this role could fall anywhere between $87,000 to $95,000 with a slight wiggle room (no guarantees) based on relevant experience and assessment. Key Duties
<ul><li>
Operate various equipment such as floor scrubbers, snow blowers, and lawn mowers to accomplish tasks.
</li><li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines when using cleaning compounds.
</li><li>Perform extensive cleaning responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: using motorized cleaning machinery, mopping floors, relocating furniture, washing walls and windows, and disposing of waste.
</li><li>Restock paper supplies, hand sanitizer, soap, and other essentials in restrooms and kitchen areas.
</li><li>Provide cleaning and maintenance for designated facilities which include but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, cleaning upholstery, window cleaning, washing laundry, shampooing carpets, cleaning ceiling vents, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
</li><li>Requisition necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.
</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks to repair equipment and maintain facilities including but not limited to: painting, replacing damaged ceiling and floor tiles, and patching walls.</li><li>
Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including but not limited to: snow removal or debris from sidewalks and driveways, mowing and trimming lawns and shrubbery.</li><li>
Identify and report safety hazards or possible repairs.</li><li>
Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition.
</li><li>Monitor facility security and perform lockdown procedures.</li></ul>
