Account &amp; Partner Management</p><ul>
<li><p>
Manage day-to-day operations and strategic alignment with assigned franchise partners.</p></li>
<li><p>
Lead monthly business reviews and cross-functional calls to drive commercial performance.</p></li>
<li><p>
Monitor order intake, shipment flows, payment status, and credit exposure, coordinate resolution of operational roadblocks.</p></li>
<li><p>
Lead or support contract negotiations including financial terms, business projections, and compliance matters.</p></li>

Reporting &amp; Analysis</p><ul>
<li><p>
Create and update regional reports, dashboards, and partner presentations.</p></li>
<li><p>
Deliver insights on product, performance, and market dynamics to inform strategy.</p></li>
<li><p>
Support optimization of partner marketing and visual merchandising budgets.</p></li>
</ul><p></p><p>

Measures of Success</b></p><ul>

Sales Target Achievement: Ensure seasonal sell-in targets reached across assigned partners and drive replenishment.</p></li>
<li><p>
Operational Efficiency: Ensure committed partner orders are shipped and paid timely.</p></li>
<li><p>
Store Pipeline Accuracy: Alignment between planned vs. actual store openings/closings quarterly and annually.</p></li>
<li><p>
Partner Satisfaction: Positive feedback and relationship with partners that translates positively into PVH business</p></li>
<li><p>
Contract Milestones: Complete partner negotiations, renewals, or exits in line with strategic priorities and timelines.</p></li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li><p>
Fluent in Turkish &amp; English</p></li>
<li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred; an MBA is a plus</p></li>
<li><p>
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to confidently interpret and work with budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs</p></li>
<li><p>
Previous experience in developing and executing commercial strategies, including market entry, channel development, and partner growth initiatives, all aligned with broader brand and financial goals</p></li>
<li><p>
Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and diverse internal and external stakeholders</p></li>
<li><p>
Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and negotiate effectively across functions and levels of seniority</p></li>
<li><p>
Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and financial modeling), PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools</p></li>
