The purpose of this position is providing valuable support to the category business teams in performance management and financial strategy building.<br>
The role will partner B&amp;W Turkey business teams. A key role within the Finance and B&amp;W business structure, having a holistic view on all business matters, building strategic action plans.<br>

<b>WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE</b><br>
<ul><li>Ensure accuracy of monthly financial forecast by leading and ensuring a robust Country S&amp;OP</li><li>Prepare and analyze bottom-up material cost forecasts monthly.</li><li>Review actuals and forecasts of material prices and prepare prices (Transfer Pirces) for export products.</li><li>Provide insight and analysis to all relevant stakeholders (Country and BU LT) on monthly results and forecasts.</li><li>Work with local country Finance Team to ensure cash up process is done in a timely and quality manner.</li><li>Accountable for the P&amp;L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets</li><li>Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations</li><li>Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs</li><li>Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.</li><li>Annual and Long Term Business Planning</li><li>Support cross-category team in driving innovations business cases.</li><li>Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local &amp; Global Business Teams</li><li>Support senior stakeholders by providing detailed cost analysis and insights into cost changes across forecast cycles and between different years.</li><li>Monthly Financials Presentations to B&amp;W Turkey Business Team.</li></ul><br>

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED</b><br>
<b>Experiences &amp; Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>3-5 years of relevant experience in finance. Previous FMCG experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills</li><li>Ability to work fluidly with ambiguity, and to multi-task</li><li>Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills</li><li>Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner</li><li>Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools</li><li>Experience in driving process simplification and improvements</li><li>Experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders</li><li>Ability to present to and communicate with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential.</li></ul><b>
