 Editing Duty Manager Log daily and distributing it to all related people.

 Ensuring all comments referring to SALT and Guest Assistance are inserted in guest profile for future reference.

 Having a detailed knowledge and daily completion of the DM checklist.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring daily follow up on DM reports are done by appropriate department
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting any defects and faults to appropriate department and following up on it
 </li>
 <li>
 To contribute to the overall security of the hotel by reporting any unusual occurrences to security department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the shift is reviewed and hand over and briefings are carried out.
 </li>

 Maintaining in-depth technical knowledge and skills required for the job.
