What we look for:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in software or web development, including 2+ years of proven experience in a technical leadership or team leadership role.
</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, including components, templates, layouts, renderings, workflows, publishing, content architecture, and marketing features.

Sitecore's JSS for Next.js documentation confirms Next.js support through Sitecore's JavaScript Rendering SDK, which is relevant for modern headless delivery models.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>

    Warehouse Operations Management
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Define and optimize end-to-end warehouse operational flows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with lean principles,
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the implementation and stabilization of SAP EWM processes in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams,
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure proper storage and system recording of raw materials and consumables in line with 5S, ergonomic, and lean standards,
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee inventory handling processes by enforcing FIFO and FEFO picking strategies through SAP EWM,
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and implement production line supply standards, including:
  </li>
  <li>
   Milkrun organization
  </li>
  <li>
   Dynamic shelving systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Kanban applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to defined standards and continuous monitoring of material flow.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

  <strong>
   <u>
    Team Leadership &amp; Training
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Train and coach warehouse operators on SAP EWM usage and best practices,
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure high engagement and capability building of shop floor teams during system implementations and process changes.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  <strong>
   <u>
    Logistics Projects &amp; Continuous Improvement
   </u>
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead and follow up on logistics and supply chain projects to improve service levels and operational efficiency,
  </li>
  <li>
   Support and coordinate SAP MRP implementation, including preparation and validation of master data,
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain activities, focusing on cost optimization, lead time reduction, and productivity gains.
  </li>
 </ul>

 </p>
 <p>
  <strong>
   Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment,
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills,
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal,
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in renewable energy, wind turbine manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations is highly preferred,
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of international transportation, customs processes, and import/export regulations is an asset,
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience leading logistics teams and driving operational excellence through performance management and KPI tracking.
  </li>
 </ul>
