  Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.

  Technically qualified: You ideally have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Turkey. However, this is not a requirement. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.

  A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.

Run, execute and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes, in a sustainable &amp; efficient way in accordance with defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan balancing cash, cost &amp; service targets for the company.
</li><li>Collect capacity, output, maintenance and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) in a regular drumbeat and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. Adhere to POS (Plant Operating Strategy) capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed/missed production and last moment STP changes.</li><li>
Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts.
</li><li>Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
</li><li>Provide mid &amp; long-term Capacity Inputs to Global Capacity Planning team.
</li><li>Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement &amp; alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business.</li><li>
Plan production, open sales order and request shipment from Fulfilment for exported semis.</li><li>
Govern the obsolesce / BUBD of semis and follow up on possible elimination, Root Cause analysis and preventive action. Complete AERA updates and completion of tasks prior physical destruction in a timely manner.
</li><li>Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Planning or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes. Seek &amp; identify continuous improvement opportunities in SIP &amp; related Supply Planning processes and raise proposals for the process enhancements.</li><li>
Fully comply with the procedures of the company and local &amp; international legislation.</li></ul><div><br>
