 based at our facility in Istanbul, Turkey.
 
 
 
 Customer Service &amp; Logistics Specialist is responsible for (but not limited to) customer service for all domestic and international customers, responding to customer requests in timely and efficient manner, obtaining carrier rates, arranging freight and domestic and export operations in coordination with the Sales and Manufacturing Teams, and follows up all the domestic and international orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
 
 
 Excellent English both verbal and written skills required. Occasional coverage for other countries and regions may be required.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Management of customer service, order management, including pricing, proforma invoices, credit/collection, new customer, and location set up for both local and abroad customers.

 Daily management of logistics, warehousing, and shipments for both local and abroad customers.

 Manage and maintain carrier and distributor contracts in company contract management system.

 Entering DFF columns on freight recovery report.
