Skills & Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Business Process Improvement, or a related function.
 Experience in Process Improvement, Transformation, Digitalization, or Project Management initiatives.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
 Knowledge of CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
 Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
 
 
 
 To execute the weekly ordering cycle, maintain accurate replenishment parameters, analyze inventory and forecast, and support key supply chain processes to ensure the Distribution Center is fully prepared to meet operational needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Execute the daily work to ensure the correct weekly ordering cycle,

 <li>
 Calculate replenishment based on the guidelines and logistics parameters,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze in transit and on hand inventory levels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Run proposals, review and implement corrections,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the key replenishment parameters,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze forecast,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up purchase orders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve the existing tools used,
 </li>
 <li>
 Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager

 KEY QUALIFICATIONS

 University degree in a relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (spoken &amp; written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong SAP knowledge (essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Good negotiation and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and work accurately
 </li>

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel &amp; PowerPoint)

 &bull; Manage the planning and ordering process; execute the weekly replenishment cycle.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure accuracy of replenishment system data (on‑hand, in‑transit, open orders, sales).
 
 
 &bull; Calculate replenishment needs; generate and approve purchase orders.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor stock levels, in‑transit inventory and forecast accuracy; take corrective actions.
 
 
 &bull; Track key KPIs (Line Fill Rate, Lead Time) and drive improvement measures.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors on order quantities, timing and pricing.
 
 
 &bull; Lead supplier communication, share forecasts &amp; KPIs, and review performance.
 
 
 &bull; Manage liquidation plans and discontinued items.
 
 
 &bull; Improve planning tools and ensure adherence to logistics processes and guidelines.
