As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:</p><ul><li>Develop monthly or seasonal strategies with the Cargo Inventory Management Team to align with overall Revenue Management goals.</li><li>Lead analysts in implementing Flight Planning Centre strategies and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to department leadership.</li><li>Oversee timely release and execution of flight booking lists and manage offload queues to resolve impacted shipments within agreed timelines.</li><li>Ensure Hub Operations processes are followed to maximize cargo capacity and minimize offloads.</li><li>Communicate and coordinate change initiatives with stakeholders outside the Flight Planning Centre.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements and ensure swift adoption of new technologies.</li><li>Update auto Flight Booking List (FBL) system parameters regularly to support automation.</li><li>Identify process anomalies affecting FPC or KPIs and follow up with Automation team for resolution.</li><li>Submit weekly or ad hoc performance reports to management, highlighting issues and action plans.</li></ul><p><b><br>
