This Role
As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work side-by-side with partners and associates. You&rsquo;ll build fast prototypes, test them directly in live workflows, and push successful systems into our platform. The role blends full stack engineering, AI, and data science. It requires fluency in production codebases, speed in iteration, and depth in applying LLMs to solve real problems.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI, reasoning, and high-stakes decision-making. You&rsquo;ll work embedded with domain experts (e.g., lawyers, analysts, compliance officers) to observe workflows, identify inefficiencies, and prototype AI systems that transform how expert reasoning is performed.
Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>
