 AIQ is looking for a General Counsel to plan, lead and direct the Legal, Governance &amp; Compliance Function, providing expert advice to AIQ on all legal, governance &amp; compliance matters to mitigate risks and resolve disputes, provide expert advice and ensuring AIQ stakeholders abide with applicable laws and regulations as well as AIQ internal policies.

 Lead and direct the development of the Legal, Governance, Compliance and ESG strategies in line with AIQ&rsquo;s strategy, ensuring alignment and integration with other interfacing function strategies across AIQ (including provision of strategic advice for AIQ vision, mission and objectives, to meet UAE National Strategies for AI, Sustainability and Net Zero.
