Objectives:

The selected candidate will oversee structural design, ensure compliance with UAE standards, and support ongoing infrastructure projects within the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, and engineering calculations.</li><li>Evaluate project specifications and ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements.</li><li>Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to structural standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, architects, and subcontractors.</li><li>Perform structural analysis using professional engineering software.</li><li>Identify site-related issues and propose practical engineering solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation as required.</li><li>Support tendering processes with technical inputs when needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of structural engineering experience within the UAE.</li><li>Strong background in construction, especially within infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, drainage, etc.).</li><li>Excellent knowledge of structural codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, AASHTO).</li><li>Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and similar tools.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE municipalities and authorities&rsquo; approval processes.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested applicants may send their updated CVsJob Type: Full-time
