Job Description 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.<ul><li>
Supervise and lead construction teams on various civil engineering projects</li><li>
Coordinate daily site operations, including resource allocation and task assignments</li><li>
Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks</li><li>
Implement and enforce safety procedures, conducting toolbox talks and safety meetings</li><li>
Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and labor records</li><li>
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary</li><li>
Monitor and control material usage and equipment utilization for optimal efficiency</li><li>
Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and promote best practices</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region</li><li>
Proven track record as a Civil Foreman with strong site supervision and leadership skills</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices</li><li>
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications</li><li>
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment</li><li>
