Structural Foreman

The Structural Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating structural fabrication and erection activities at oil & gas project sites. The role ensures that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The foreman leads structural crews, allocates manpower and equipment, monitors daily progress, enforces HSE requirements, and coordinates with engineers, inspectors, and other disciplines to achieve project targets within schedule.
