Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to manage and supervise on-site civil construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction works (excavation, concrete, blockwork, finishing, etc.)
• Manage site labor and coordinate tasks effectively
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and report to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain site discipline

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction field
• Strong knowledge of civil and building works
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Asian nationality preferred

Education:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate (preferred)
