<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and project workflows.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading full ERP implementation projects.</li>
<li>Ability to design workflows and map business processes.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating external Odoo developers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Primavera BSS integration is an advantage.</li>
<li>Fluent English (Portuguese is a strong plus).</li>
