 Managing payroll and personnel processes, informing employees about payrolls,

 Following up on employee rights within the framework of relevant laws, regulations and procedures, and conducting relevant work in the SAP environment,

 Ensuring the completion of legal notifications (Social Security Institution, Employment Agency, withholding tax return, etc.),
 </li>

 Conducting and following up on correspondence with official institutions,

 Managing employee group health insurance and individual retirement plans,

 Monitoring occupational health and safety processes,

Financial Planning, Budgeting &amp; Supplier Management:<ul><li>
Drive financial planning and system optimization for supplier performance, ensuring accurate budgeting and improved operational efficiencies.</li><li>
Develop comprehensive budget forecasts across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines to track variances and drive actionable decisions.</li><li>
