Position Statement</h2>
The T&uuml;rkiye region within Hilton Supply Management is responsible for creating and managing strategic contracts for the provision of Non-F&amp;D &amp; Service to all managed properties and those franchise and third-party hotels signed to Hilton Supply Management agreements. Primary responsibilities will be overseeing the entire procurement process and HSM competitiveness, which will include the procurement of Non-F&amp;D &amp; Service categories within the T&uuml;rkiye region.
Position Summary<ul><li>
To plan, organize, direct, and control the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all Non-Food &amp; Services categories within the specified functional Area for Hilton.</li><li>
Ensuring that technical equipment, engineering services, CAPEX, FF&amp;E, MRO, Energy, Facility Management, and outsourced operational services are procured at the optimal total cost of ownership while adhering to Hilton standards, operational specifications, purchasing best practices, and global procurement policies.</li><li>
Direct supervision and management of reports as detailed.</li><li>
Working with and representing the Purchasing function with key stakeholders such as Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Development.</li><li>
To provide functional and operational management to any corporate or cluster purchasing teams based in the area and to provide support as required to hotel-based purchasing resources across the area.</li><li>
To ensure that all procurement tools (such as Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend) are implemented and maintained.</li><li>

Strategic Procurement &amp; Business Operations 55%</h2><ul><li>
Lead local and national tenders within Non-Food &amp; Services categories, including technical projects and service agreements.</li><li>
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers at local and national levels.</li><li>
Conduct price benchmarking and lifecycle cost analysis to ensure competitive positioning across M/L, franchised properties, and 3rd party hotels.</li><li>
Maintain supplier data and pricing in procurement systems (e.g., Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend).</li><li>
Ensure implementation and compliance with national, pan-European, and global agreements including MSAs and FSAs.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality.</li><li>

Regularly review and rationalize nominated suppliers across technical and service categories.</li><li>
Be aware of and apply Hilton purchasing, financial and environmental policies, CSR and ESG activities.</li><li>
Ensure hotel teams are informed about nominated suppliers, service standards, and compliance requirements.</li><li>

Could you be the full-time Supplier Product Quality Development (SPQD) Manager in Istanbul we&rsquo;re looking for? 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You&rsquo;ll work alongside collaborative, proactive, and results-driven teammates.

You'll ensure the successful deployment of Supplier Quality Assurance requirements in product and process development for purchased parts, while leading and supporting problem-solving initiatives for escalated warranty issues. Day-to-day, you&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, quality, engineering, and projects, manage SPQD engineers, and drive supplier development activities, and much more.

You&rsquo;ll specifically take care of ensuring the delivery of project quality activities for critical purchased parts, but also manage the SPQD team to align with global and regional strategies.

We&rsquo;ll look to you for:

<li>Ensuring the application of the Development for Quality (DFQ) process for purchased parts and validating key milestones.
</li>
<li>Driving risk identification and mitigation during supplier selection phases.
</li>
<li>Managing and developing the SPQD team by assigning activities, consolidating workloads, and preparing training plans.
</li>
<li>Developing and deploying new SPQD hubs in the region as needed.
</li>
<li>Leading supplier escalation processes and contributing to issue resolution.
</li>
<li>Organizing the collection and implementation of Return on Experience (RoE) insights.
</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with safety and HSE regulations across all activities.</li>

<li>Proficiency in managing budgets and supplier invoices.
</li>
<li>Experience in supplier relationship management and quality tools (e.g., PFMEA, control plans, 8D).
</li>
<li>Competency in SAP or similar systems and preparing KPIs and presentations.
</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, including remote management.
</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
</li>
<li>Experience in the manufacturing industry, quality roles, or project management (minimum of 5 years).
</li>
<li>Proactive mindset with the ability to train and develop teams.</li>
