</div><div>The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is the Chief Law Enforcement Office in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Office of Administrative Hearings within OAG is looking for an Administrative Specialist Senior for our office. An Administrative Specialist Senior carries a special position of trust and is expected to conduct themself and their work in accordance with standards set forth in the Office of Attorney General policies and guidelines, and to operate within the applicable statutes and regulations. This position is based in Frankfort, KY and our office does offer hybrid telecommuting schedules.<br>

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), a department within the Office of the Attorney General, is responsible for conducting impartial administrative hearings related to a variety of programs, services, and certifications provided through state government agencies and boards. The Office is composed of three Divisions focusing on various areas of administrative hearings.<br>

OAH is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Administrative Specialist to join our team to provide general administrative support to the entire office.<br>

The Administrative Specialist Senior will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Providing paralegal and administrative support to assigned Staff Attorney Hearing Officers
</li><li>Coordinating a complex docket to include case intake, file setup, tracking and scheduling
</li><li>Processing and distributing filings to assigned Hearing Officers
</li><li>Serving as a liaison between the parties and the Hearing Officer
</li><li>Certifying records, as required.

<p>Overview</p><p>We are a growing lemon law practice seeking an experienced <b>Hearing / Deposition Attorney</b> to assist on an independent contractor basis. This role is focused on attending routine hearings and defending depositions. The work is well-defined, procedural, and not overly complex.</p><p>This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys court appearances and deposition work without the demands of full case management.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Appear at <b>case management conferences and other routine hearings</b></li><li><b>Defend depositions</b> of plaintiffs in lemon law matters</li><li>Review case materials in advance of hearings/depositions</li><li>Provide brief post-appearance summaries as needed</li><li>Coordinate scheduling with our legal team</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Active and good-standing license to practice law in California</li><li>Prior experience with <b>hearings and/or depositions</b> (lemon law experience a plus, but not required)</li><li>Comfortable speaking on the record and representing clients independently</li><li>Reliable, organized, and punctual</li><li>Ability to work on an independent contractor (1099) basis</li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>Hourly rate based on experience.</li><li>Consistent volume of work available</li><li>No origination, billing, or client intake responsibilities</li></ul><p>Why This Role</p><ul><li>Predictable, straightforward legal work</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>No heavy motion practice or trial preparation</li><li>Supportive, organized firm handling all substantive case work</li></ul><p>Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 20.0 &ndash; 40.0 per week</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Costa Mesa, CA 92626</p>

<p>We are seeking a native <b>Arabic-speaking</b> Administration Officer with an excellent English accent and strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. This role supports the Vice President and involves managing departmental coordination, government airspace permissions, and professional client interactions.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a female professional, fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) proactive mindset, and the ability to learn quickly about sales, operations, and aviation-related processes.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental priorities efficiently.</li><li>Prepare and manage official communications, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Liaise with UAE authorities and relevant entities for obtaining government permissions and operational approvals.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation, regulatory compliance, and approval records.</li><li>Learn and apply basic workflows, terminologies, and procedures related to aviation operations.</li><li>Professionally represent the department during client or government meetings when required.</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Provide administrative assistance for travel, procurement, and project coordination.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Female candidate, native Arabic speaker with excellent English pronunciation and communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Proven experience in document control, reporting, and formal business correspondence.</li><li>Ability and eagerness to learn technical and operational topics.</li><li>Prior experience with UAE government permissions and approval processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.</li><li>Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE business culture, etiquette, and government communication protocols.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month</p>
