Your role and responsibilities</b></p><br>

As an Administrative Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities:</b></p><br>

<li>Planning, scheduling and allocating Field Services' Resources in T&uuml;rkiye supporting specific internal customers.</li>
<li>Follow up and contribute to target and KPI achievement.</li>
<li>Field Service processes and tools according to Business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental.</li>
<li>Ensuring continuous quality development of the field service delivery.</li>
<li>Support the development of own competences as well as competences within own department.</li>
<li>Support/be active in improving the QEHS performance within the department.</li>
<li>Strive for continuous improvements/propose improvements in processes/way of working.</li>
<li>Report near misses (WeCare).</li>
<li>Approve invoices related to the business.</li>
<li>Issue invoices and credits in SAP.</li>
<li>Issue POs in SAP and WeBuy.</li></ul><br>

As an Administrative Coordinator your work will also focus on these administrative tasks:</b></p><br>

<li>Admin handling hour registration/corrections in CATS, prepare for Team leader to approve for salary.</li>
<li>Travel Expense reporting support for FS Resources.</li>
<li>&quot;Maintainer&quot; and &quot;Key-user&quot; of Confidential Data Platform (CDP). Keep data maintained.</li>
<li>Support FS Resources with FS Mobility.</li>
<li>Visa; vaccination; travel support.</li>
<li>Support in ordering working clothes for FS, and follow-up the cleaning agreement.</li>
<li>Support with purchasing materials the department.</li>
<li>Support with invoicing/ of FS/CM orders as well as invoicing related tasks.</li>
<li>Support to open/handle orders.</li>
<li>Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines providing administrative support in connection with Resources' planning.</li></ul><br>

Requirements for the position</b></p><br>

<li><b>Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish is a must</b>.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>S</b><b>AP</b>.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in <b>Microsoft Excel</b>.</li>
<li>Safety-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Resource planning experience is an advantage.</li>
<li>Organizational abilities with a proactive and problem-solving approach.</li>
<li>Understanding of general financial principles.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local legislation and labor laws.</li>
<li>Strong skills in reporting and data analysis.</li></ul><br>
